DEBBIE NEEDHAM
Instructional Technology Coordinator
Debbie came to Waxahachie ISD in 1990. She started at Waxahachie Junior High in the computer classroom and sponsored the cheer team. She moved into her current position in 1997 and has continued to stay ahead of the technology curve ever since. She enjoys assisting teachers and students any way she can, and she loves finding and trying out the newest tech tools. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren and watching them participate in their many activities, shopping for bargains, camping, fishing, gardening, watching Netflix, and having dinner with her closest friends, the YaYas.

ASHLEY CIERI
Digital Learning Coordinator
Ashley started as a reading teacher at Finley Junior High and eventually moved into teaching Multimedia and Yearbook on the same campus. She taught in the middle school classroom for eight years and loves students. Ashley has always had a love for technology and learning new, creative tools that could help students stay engaged. She enjoys teaching others about new tools and especially loves helping teachers 1-on-1 implement technology into their classrooms. In her free time, she enjoys acting in the local community theatre, leading a church homegroup, reading at Starbucks, playing with her three children, going to the movies with friends, and hanging out with her hubby, the best 8th grade Social Studies teacher in the district.
